The staff at the hotel was very nice and pleasant. The room we stayed in was updated, brand-new, and had everything we needed, including a waffle maker and 2 queen beds.

This non-smoking hotel offers lots of brand-new rooms. The location is unbeatable and convenient, 15 minutes' walk to a fire museum. The bets part that it's close to Concerts, and a nice area close to outlets bars and good food choices. Thank you for the warm welcome, you're dope!

The hotel rooms were updated and spacious, perfect for a girls weekend. the location is fantastic for the price, being close to outlets, bars, and a variety of good food options. - It is conveniently situated near both the outlets and downtown as well as the beach.

Run down rooms, not what I expected for 105.00 per night. Breakfast room overcrowded / too small.

Not much. Had reservations for two nights but left after the first night. Went across the street to a nice clean and safe hotel and was $13.00 a night cheaper.

When we entered the room a empty juice box was in the floor, trash in the trash can no soap or towels. Was given another room only to have someone with a key to our room try to open the door at 1:39 AM. The chain on the door was the only thing that keep them from coming on in.

Saw a roach, just one. We had been there 3 days. I am not blaming the staff or the hotel. There was a lot of people staying there. I had a great experience except for that.

The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the hot breakfast was perfect.

I liked my stay in North Charleston and would recommend it. My 4 nights in North Charleston were very peaceful. Very amiable and excellent staff did a great job. It was an updated and brand-new room. The bed was comfortable, and I had a private bathroom.

The place looks like a really bad place. There is trash everywhere. Just in front of my room door where a pile of garbage and beer boxes and on the top was an open box of half eaten food and chicken bones. All along the halfways were empty beer cans and bottles. Very dark and bad smelling common places. My husband did never allow me to walk alone from our room to reception because ot the overall atmosphere. At night people yell and scream and were bad behaving kids cursing until early morning while turning on fireworks. We spend two nights and those situations were the same all the time. I must add we are a young couple, and we spent one year and a half travelling europe low budget so we are not that picky or demanding with regards of our hostals. But we really never seen something like this. It was awful. I forgot to tell that all rooms smell cigarretes, even no smokers and we have to move to find the "least worst". So dont expect so much difference between smokers and no-smokers rooms.
